To keep up with the high steam flow the Speed Steam has a large removable 1.7L tank that once filled should see you through a few baskets of ironing. When you do need to add more water, the control panel will light up to alert you, so you can simply detach the tank, fill it up and carry on where you left off, without having to wait for it to cool down first.
